Presentation proposals due January 31, 2025 (Please note, this is a firm deadline, and no proposals will be accepted past this date). Paper proposals submitted by January 10, 2025 will be given feedback (e.g. if something is missing). Click on CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS in the menu to get help with writing your proposal and get instructions on how to submit your proposal.

Visa arrangementsMany who come to the AHSRA conference from overseas will need do little more than apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) and enter the US under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).  Others may need to go through a more formal process, and may require a letter of invitation. If you need such a letter of invitation to the conference to accompany a visa application, please email Dr Mordekai Ongo at ongo@andrews.edu, he will send you a letter to support your visa application.
