Due to limited capacity relating to the upcoming General Conference session and some ongoing campus construction, our on-campus housing is limited.  This means that the nicer, and more expensive hotel-style rooms are not available.  However, some on-campus and off-campus options include:

• On-campus dormitory rooms are included in the cost of registration.  These rooms have single beds, with most rooms accommodating two people per room, with adjoining rooms sharing a bathroom.  These rooms are very basic but they are conveniently located on the Andrews University campus.
• Limited off-campus dormitory-style accommodations at Adventist Frontier Missions.  These are nicer than the dormitory rooms on campus but there is limited availability, with different bed configurations in each room (most accommodate up to four people).  Daily transportation to and from campus will be provided.
• Others may wish to stay at the SpringHill Suites in nearby Benton Harbor. If you choose this option, make sure to use the AHSRA registration option that does NOT include accommodations (the registration option says “no housing”). You will need to book those accommodations on your own. The currently listed cost per night is $140 from June 25-29. Transportation to and from the hotel to the campus will be provided upon request. 

Visa arrangements
Many who come to the AHSRA conference from overseas will need do little more than apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) and enter the US under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP).  Others may need to go through a more formal process, and may require a letter of invitation. If you need such a letter of invitation to the conference to accompany a visa application, please email Dr Mordekai Ongo at ongo@andrews.edu, he will send you a letter to support your visa application.
